So I’m really excited about this weight loss I’m experiencing just caus I think after my loss & gain the last time around, I wasn’t sure if I could do it without supplements. Now, I think I’m really focusing on what’s important to my weight loss; NO STRESS.
I’m now extremely focused on doing exactly what makes me feel happy, and well, and whole. This includes tying off loose ends, eliminating relationships that don’t make me happy, becoming less reliant on others, and finding work that doesn’t stress me out.
I know most people think of these things as virtually impossible, however most people aren’t happy. I know that when I’m happy, I’m skinny- and when I’m skinny, I’m happy. It’s a [not so vicious] cycle that I intend to perpetuate.

Yesterday I had scrambled eggs & honey on toast for breakfast/early dinner and two packets of oatmeal (a combo of my two favorite flavors) which added up to over 200 calories for late dinner. Plus some sips of some Cocacola and a Capri Sun and a bite of those FlavorIce popsicles.
We’re doin it!!
I think yoga will be applied when we hit 140. #exciting!
